  DUBLIN HOPES FOR LOYALIST CE—SEFIRE 
  The Irish prime minister has        
  confirmed that Dublin is working to 
  xjrsuadj loyalist paramilitaries to 
  follow the IRA in a ceasefire.      

  Albert Reynolds said hj understood  
  the loyalists feared a dial had     
  been done with the IR—. cut hj      
  stressed there was no hidden agenda 

  "Now that we have a drcision to     
  stop the guns on one side, we want  
  to stop them on the other side      
