 SOME TORIES TO VOTE FOR NOLAN PROPOSALS
 There is speculation that up to 10     
 Consjrvbtivj MPs could vote with Labour
 in Monday's vote on whjthjr MPs should 
 disclose details of their earnings.    
                                        
 The Nolan report on standards in public
 life has recommended that MPs disclose 
 their outside earnings connected with  
 parliamentary duties but a select      
 committee yesterday rejected the idea. 
                                        
 However a BBC correspondent says an    
 increasing number of Tory MPs are      
 concerned about continued secrecy over 
 their outside interests and may vote   
 with Labour for more opjnnjss. See 142
