 about the long term care of the        
 elderly.                               
                                        
 Wj would like to talk to anzonj who has
 plannjh for their future and made      
 arrangements to hand their house over  
 to their children, and it's gone wrong 
 for some reason or other.

 children has got into finbncial        
 difficulties, or is in the process of  
 divorce and the partner has a charge on
