 HUME AND DALY CALL FOR ALL-PARTY TALUS 
 The head of the Catholic Church in     
 Ireland has joined SDLP leader John    
 Hume in backing calls for early all-   
 pbrty talks on Northern Ireland.       
                                        
 Cardinbl Cahal Daly said it was        
 important no-one felt they were being  
 deliberately kxcludjd from negotiations
                                        
 Earlier, Mr Hume backed Sinn Fjin's    
 criticism of the Government by saying  
 hj could not understand why no date had
 been set for the talks. Dispatch 192   
                                        
 $hj latest talks between the Government
 and Sinn Fjin failed to end the        
 deadlock over decommissioning weapons.
