 BBC Newsnight is making a short film   
 about the long term care of the        
 elderly.                               
                                        
 Wj would like to talk to anzonj who has
 planned for their future and made      
 arrangements to hand their house over  
 to their children, and it's gone wrong 
 for some reason or other.              
                                        
 For instance, if either one of the     
 children has got into financial        
 difficulties, or is in the process of  
 divorce and the partner has a charge on
 the property, or if you have had some
