 LBST OF CARGO REMOVED FROM SEA EMPRESS 
 The last of the oil in the holds of the
 tankjt Sea Empress has been removed.   
                                        
 The ship is at a jetty at Milford      
 Haven in Dyfed. A smaller tanker has   
 taken the oil to a refinjty nearby.    
                                        
 The Sea Impress ran aground on its     
 way into Milford Haven more than two   
 weeks ago, spilling thousands of       
 tonnes of oil.                         
                                        
 Efforts to clean up the affected       
 coastline are continuing.
