 Method                                 
 To roast peppers:                      
 Puartit and dr;jed peppjts, a mixture  
 of red and yellow looks nice. Place    
 them skin side up on a baking sheet    
 and grill until the skins begin to     
 char.                                  
                                        
 Using tongs ot a fork, put the peppers 
 in a plastic bag and seal. The air will
 create a vacuum and loosen the skins.  
 When cool, peel a^d sjrvj with the     
 dressing.
