 Tonight's programme watches two        
 Rotbusters at work to show the im8ast  
 of dry rot when it infests homes. Once 
 dry rot grips a building, it can       
 totally destroy its entire fabric.     
                                        
 Dedicated to traditional practices,    
 Mike Perrin is a surveyor with one of  
 the largest rot companies in the       
 country. He has been in the business   
 for many years.                        
                                        
 Although he enjoys cracking the odd

 Rotbusters also meets Tim Hutton, quite
 different in his approach to work. He  
 describes himself as an environmental  
 consultant and runs a company that     
 deals with all aspects of maintenance. 
                                        
 Between the victims of dry rot and the 
 two rotbusters, the film also tells the
 story of the rot itself as we watch a  
 visualisation of it munching up housrs 
 or expiring from applied chemicals.
