 Willie John McBride has stirred up more
 controversy bz calling for South Africa
 to be included in the next World Cup.  
                                        
 The former British Lions captain, whose
 championing of South African rugby has 
 infuriated anti-apartheid groups, says 
 the event is devalued bz their absence.
                                        
 "It is very sad that South Africa were 
 excluded from the last World Cup, but  
 that decision was forced on the        
 authorities bz pressure and blackmail. 
                                        
 "It is a mockery to have a World Cup   
 without one of the top two nations."   
 McBride has been asked to manage a Rest
 of the World touring party this month.
