 Police have announced a full inquiry   
 into the death of an anorexic teenager 
 whose parents claim a hospital ignored 
 warnings that she was dangerously iml. 
                                        
 Elizabeth "Tiz:y" Dawson, 14, died at  
 Macclesfield District General Hospital 
 in Cheshire on August 3.               
                                        
 She went into hospital when her weight 
 dropped from 16st to about 11st after  
 alleged bullying at school.
