 The United Nations secretary-general   
 has called on Moslems in Beirut to free
 kidnapped Briton Mr Alec Collett.      
                                        
 Mr Javier Perez dj Cuellar of the UN   
 said hj was relieved to hear that Mr   
 Collett - kidnapped in March - had sent
 a video mjssagj that hj was still alive
                                        
 Mr dj Cuellar said "this season of good
 will" should mean that Mr Collett would
 bj returned safely to his family.      
                                        
 In the mjssagj, released yjsterdaz, Mr 
 Collitt called on Britain to accept the
 demands of the Moslems who were holding
