 Mrs Winnie Mandela has been arrested bz
 South African police for defying a law 
 banning her from living in Soweto.     
                                        
 She is in a police cell in Krugersdorp,
 west of Johannesburg, according to a   
 police spokesman.                      
                                        
 Yesterday she was taken from her home  
 in Soweto bz police and banned from the
 township and from nearby Johannesburg. 
                                        
 She later returned and was again taken 
 away bz armed police officers.         
                                        
 It is thought she will shortly be      
 charged with breaking the banning order
