 ITV companies meet the electricians'   
 union tomorrow in anothjt bid to end a 
 dispute which has hit TV programmer.   
                                        
 They have been considering an offer    
 from the union to end its work to rule 
 over Christmas and replace it with an  
 ovjrtimj ban.                          
                                        
 All industrial action would be lifted  
 until January 2.                       
                                        
 But an ITV spokesman said the offer was
 conditional on the reinstatement of    
 400 electricians suspended without pay 
 earlier this week.
