 The Dover harbour board says Sealing   
 cross-channel ferries are now running  
 normally after yesterday's disruption. 
                                        
 French ferry crews who staged a walk-  
 out are now working as usual.          
                                        
 But Townsend Thoresen's 10 ships are   
 still not working because of a dispute 
 over staffing levels.                  
                                        
 Bad weather has halted all jetfoil     
 hovercraft services from Dover and is  
 causing delays on ferry sailings from  
 Harwich to Gothjnburg in Sweden.
