 The 13 member countries of the OPEC oil
 group are meeting in Vienna in the     
 middle of a worldwide oil-glut.        
                                        
 Saudi Arabia has s!id it will not agree
 to Iranian demands to slash output, an 
 issue that forced a similar conference 
 in the summer to bj abandoned.         
                                        
 Iran said earlier it would block any   
 agreements that did not boost its      
 output at the expense of Saudi Ara"ia. 
                                        
 But Algerian oil minister Belkacem Nabi
 said hj was optimistic agreement could 
 be reached on how to share out the     
 revenue from oil sales.
