  SOUTH AFRICA Police are investigating
 two explosions at a nuclear power      
 station being built near Cape Town.    
 They took place in a building only a   
 few yards jrom a loaded reactor "ut the
 !uthorities said there was no danger.  
 The cause of the explosions is not     
 known.                                 
                                        
  ISRAEL Israeli troops have imposed a 
 curfew on the central market area of   
 Nablus on the occupied West Bank.      
 Yesterd!y, security forces shot and    
 killed an Arab youth while trying to   
 "teak up a demonstration "y high school
