 Forty nine people have "jen rescued    
 jrom the rubble in the aftermath of an 
 earthqubke in North Yemen.             
                                        
 The people - including a "a"y girl who 
 had been trapped for 60 hours - were   
 found in the Dh!mar provence.          
                                        
 A total of 374 cities and villages were
 hit by the 'quake, and the death toll  
 is put at more than 1,500.             
                                        
 Two minor tremors hit the area         
 yesterd!y, but there were no reports of
