 The first man to "e given an artificial
 heart, Dr Barney Clark, has had his    
 best day since his operation.          
                                        
 Doctors in Utah, USA, s!id he sat in a 
 chair jot 38 minutes, and has now "jen 
 taken off the critical list.           
                                        
 Dr Clark received the new heart at the
