 The Times management has told union    
 officials that it will stop p!ymjnt    
 to all staff unless the paper is       
 printed on Friday.                     
                                        
 The Times failed to appear for the     
 sixth day tod!z, because of a strike   
 "y electricians over p!ymjnt for       
 operating new machinery.               
                                        
 The management has said there are no   
 plans jot talks with the strikers'     
 union at present. It is waiting for an
