 In Chicago a man has pleaded not guilty
 to extortion after seven people were   
 killed by cyanide-laced pain relievers.
                                        
 J!mes Lewis was charged with demanding 
 one million dollars from the makers of 
 the pain-reliever Tylenol, in order to 
 "stop the killing."                    
                                        
 Lewis, a 36-year-old clerk, is not     
 suspected of lacing the capsules.      
                                        
 The Tylenol murders have "jen followed 
 "y the discovery in California of      
 cyanide-contaminated Anacin-3 capsules,
 another popular brand of pain-reliever.
