        CASHEWNUT CREAM   

 This is excellent for serving with left
 over Christmas pudding.                
                                        
 INGREDIENTS                            
                                        
 4 oz cashewnuts                        
 1 banana, chopped                      
 A little sugar, to taste               
 6 tablespoons water                    
                                        
 METHOD                                 
                                        
 Grind cashewnuts into a fine powder.   
 Add chopped banana, sugar, water (more 
 if needed) and mix in electric blender 
 until smooth.
