  EGYPT US special envoy Mr Philip     
 Habib has briefed President Horne      
 Mubarak and othjt Egyptian officials on
 his latest attempts to negotiate the   
 withdrawal of Israeli troops from      
 Lebanon. The Egyptians are expected to 
 press Mr Habib to put pressure on
