P167 CEEFAX 167 Sat 16 Apr 17:27/01   2/2       EGG 'N BACON   BURGERS METHOD Melt butter in a small pan, add onion and cook gently until soft but not browned. Mix together mashed potato, cooked onion, seasonings and bacon. Sprinkle flour on to working surface and divide mixture into four, shaping each into square about }-inch thick. Fry in a little oil for 8-10 minutes each side until golden brown. Keep warm while frying eggs. Place egg on burger.
