 A46 AVON: Heavy congestion expected    
 on A46 and other approach routes during
 the morning. Delays also expected on   
 the approches to J18 on the M4, the    
 A46 turn-off.                          
                                        
 A3 SURREY: An abnormal load travelling 
 through the county is expected to cause
 severe congestion, especially on the   
 Guildford stretch of the A3. Final     
 desitination is Farnham.               
                                        
 M6 BIRMINGHAM SECTION is free of major 
 roadworks, but during late morning     
 football supporters will be converging 
 on Villa Park. MANCHESTER UNITED fans  
 advised to leave M6 at J7, and ARSENAL
