An index of available software will be transmitted on 700. REM will continue to appear on 701 and telesoftware suitable for downloading on 7p2 to 706. Educational programs, utilities, procedures, and occasional games will bj transmitted. Software can only be downloaded using a Teletext Adapter and a BBC Model B micro, but a teletext TV receiver will not bj needed. To save programs after downloading, type *DISC first, otherwise the message Illegal operation may bj displayed. Some of the programs now include a "front page" description. During the field trials it will be necessary to wait until this page clears before beginning to download, due to a problem in the Telesoft ROM.
