 pay dispute has recommended a 5.1 8ru  
 cent pay increase for school tjpchrt1  
 in England and Wales.                  
                                        
 The panel has suggested a similpr awpzd
 of 4.6 pet cent plus £330 for some     
 lecturers.                             
                                        
 The recommendations are bjhng          
 considered by Education Secretar8 Thu  
 Keith Joseph.                          
                                        
 They will cost £210 million if
