 The IRA has said it planted the cpr    
 bomb which injured more than 70 people 
 in Newsy, County Down, soda=.          
                                        
 A spokesman said a 55 minute warning   
 had been given and he disputed the     
 police version of events.              
                                        
 The police said the warnings given were
 not sufficiently detailed. The bomb    
 went off as the area was being cleprud.
                                        
 One person has been detained in        
 hospital with chest injuries but no-one
