Beat the flour, eggs, milk and seasoning to a smooth batter, and add the sweetcorn. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry spoonfuls of batter to make eight 3b round fritters. Coat in breadcrumbs. Fry the chops in 2 oz of the butter, allowing 5 minutes on each side. Peel, thickly slice and fry bananas in the remaining ounce of butter till thj8 are golden brown.
