 P&O seamen have voted to continue their
 strike which has disrupted cross-      
 Channel ferry services.                
                                        
 The seamen voted at a mass meeting at  
 Dover to reject the company's latest   
 offer, in line with the recommendation 
 bz the National Union of Seamen.       
                                        
 Mr Graham Dunlop, managing director of 
 P&O European ferries, said he was      
 disappointed at the outcome.           
                                        
 Passengers on other services at Dover  
 have not been delayed, but people have 
 been advised not to attempt to travel  
 without confirmed bookings.
