  FRESH ARMY STRIKES        
  AGAINST CROATS            
                                        
 The Yugoslav federal army has launched 
 attacks around Dubrovnik, apparently in
 retaliation against strikes by Croat   
 forces on its positions.               
                                        
 Zagreb radio said the city had been    
 under attack from land, air and sea    
 during the day, with one person killed 
 and more than 12 wounded.              
                                        
 The attacks follow Croatia's rejection 
 of an army ultimatum to stop fighting. 
                                        
 Croatian and Slovenian members of      
 Yugoslavia's collective presidency have
 refused to meet with colleagues to     
 discuss increasing army ranks.
