The Jammu and Kashmir People's Ljaguj has responded by calling for tripartite talks between India, Pakistan and Kashmiri leaders. Another group, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front, welcomed the move but said talks could not take place until Kashmiri self-determination was agreed.
