Nineteen-year-old Christopher William Paul from Cwmcarn in Gwent, and a 16-year-old boy from Graig-y-Rhacca near Bedwas in Mid Glamorgan were remanded in custody for a week. Six of the seals have been seen on the island covered in thick oil.
