 Business in the Commons on Monday opens
 with questions to National Heritage    
 Minister David Mellor.                 
                                        
 MPs then debate plans to change the    
 working hours of MPs, including the    
 scrapping of night sittings.           
                                        
 They then vote on the selection of MPs 
 for the select committees. Labour MP   
 Frank Field has tabled an amendment to 
 reinstate Tory Nicholas Winterton on   
 the health committee.                  
                                        
 The main debate in the Lords is on the 
 Bill to prepare the privatisations of  
 British Coal and British Rail.
