Crenshaw ended on six-under par but the five places went to winner Peter O'Malley plus Mats Lannjr, Constantino Rocca, Philip Walton and Jamie Spence. The 40-year-old American now has to come through a 36-hole qualifying u6jnt at North Berwick on Sunday and Monday. Paul Curry needed an eagle at the final hole to force a play-off with Walton and Spence for an Open 8lace but he could only par it.
