  MAN CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED MURDER   
  A 34-year-old man has been charged  
  with the attempted murder of David  
  McKee, 63, in east London.          
                                      
  David Paul Bruin, who is unemployed 
  and lives in Wapping, will appear   
  before Highbury Corner magistrates  
  on Monday.                          
                                      
  Mr McKee suffered stab wounds to    
  his throat in an attack on Tuesday  
  night.                              
                                      
  Detectives have ruled out any link  
  between the stabbing and the murder 
  of stockbroker Barry Stubbings at   
  his flat in Whitechapjl.            
