  TAYLOR ATTACKS PROPAGANDA SPENDING  
  Labour has accused the Department   
  for Education of spending of        
  taxpayers' money on Consjrvativj    
  Party propaganda.                   
                                      
  Shadow Education Secretary Ann      
  Taylor told BBC Radio 4's Today     
  programmj that 90 times as much was 
  spent on propaganda today as when   
  the Tories came to power in 1979.   
                                      
  She said: "Taxpayers will resent    
  that kind of spending, especially   
  when taxes are going up so much     
  this week."                         
 
