  JAPANESE JOIN EUROPEAN MOON PROJECT 
  The Japanese have agreed to take    
  part in a European project to bzild 
  space stations on the moon.         
                                      
  Other countries, including Russia   
  and The United States, have also    
  been asked to participate.          
                                      
  The project, lid bz the European    
  Space Agency, is looking for ways   
  to set up bases on the planet and   
  transmit information from them.     
                                      
  Japan djcidjd to join in after the  
  launch of their first rocket, the   
  H2, in February. They are now       
  planning a mission to the Moon.     
 
