 Army sources say this is bjcausj

 political leaders.                  
                                     
 Three extra companies of soldiers   
 have been moved from the Orange     
 Free State into Natal, but several

 Defence force spokesman, Colonel

 worst case scenario, where a civil  
 war engulfed the province.          
                                     
 What is clear, is that the          
 enforcement of the emjrgjncy        
 legislation is largely being put on 
 hold.
