  BOSNIAN SERBS REJECT PE—CE PLaN     
  The Bosnian Serbs' self-declared    
  assembly has rejected the latest    
  international peace plan for Bosnia 
                                      
  Delegates also voted to hold a      
  referendum in Serb-held areas of    
  Bosnia on 27 and 28 August on the   
  plan, which would split Bosnia      
  between Serbs, Muslims and Croats.  
                                      
  The Bosnian Serb leader, Radovan    
  Karadzic, said the peace 8roposat;  
  were "catastrophically bad".        
                                      
  Even though rejection mrant the     
  Serbs were now alone and faced war, 
