  ZAIRE TO CURB LOOTING OF AID - UV   
  Authorities in Zaire have agreed to 
  step up security to stop the        
  looting of aid supplies destined    
  for refugees from the Rwandan war.  
                                      
  Officials are to restrict entry to  
  Goma airport, where the aid is      
  arriving, and to erect fences and   
  search lights, the UN said.         
                                      
  Steps would also bj takun to kru8   
(u 20,p00 Rwandan soldiers in a        
  separate camp from the refugees.    
                                      
  Around one million Rwandan refugees 
  are thought to bj in eastern Zaire. 
