  Serbs' threat to take back their   Tj
  heavy weapons from UN control:      

  The UN commander in Bosnia, Genital 
  Sir Michael Rose, has threatened to 
(u use all means available to prevent  
  the Bosnian Serbs removing hjavz    
  weapons from UN collection points   
  around Sarajevo.                    
                                      
  This would include air strikes.     

  The Serbs have written to the UN,   
  saying they will take thu arms in   
  order to counter offensives by the  
  mainly-Muslim Bosnian army north of 
