  agreement with club bankers Ltoyds. 
  
  Chairman Norman Hayward has agzjed  
  to sell his 61% stake in the club   
  for £100,000 to Geoffrey Haywar4,   
  Ken Gardener and Colin Lego.        
  
  Bournemouth owe Lloyds £2 million   
$u but the bank have given their       
  backing to the takeover.            
  
  The consortium have promised to     
  inject cash for new players and     
  there is speculation over the       
  future or manager Tony Pules.       
