 THREE GR—CES DONATION CONFIRMED     
 Museums have confirmed the donation 
 of the £800,000 njedjd to keep the  
 Three Graces sculpture in Britain.  
                                     
 The National Galleries of Scotland  
 said Baron Hans Heinrich Thyssjn's  
 gift would allow it to match the    
 Getty Museum's £7.6 million offer

 However, the museum is to challenge 
 the Govjrnmjnt over its role in the 
 battle to keep the Three Graces.    
                                     
 The Govjrnmjnt delayed the export   
 of the sculpture in —ugust to give  
 galleries more time to raise monty.
