  Former Wolves and England captain   
  Billy Wright has died at his London 
  home at the age of 78.              
                                      
  He had been suffering from cancer.  
                                      
  Wright was the first footballer to  
  win 1p0 England caps.               
                                      
  He spent 13 seasons with            
  Wolverhampton Wanderers, guiding    
  them to the 1949 FA Cup and the     
  Championship in 1954, 1958 and 1959 
                                      
  He was made a CBE in 1959.          
 
