  DISABLED CONTINUE PROTEST C—MP—ION  
  More protests are expected in       
  London today by people calling for  
  better access to public transport   
  for disabled people.                
                                      
  The protesters plan to disrupt      
  traffic outside Buckingham Palace   
  bz handcuffing themselves to bzsjs. 
                                      
  Similar action in Whitehall         
  yesterday brought traffic to a      
  standstill. Eleven xjople were      
  arrested but later released.        
                                      
  The protests follow the defeat of   
  legislation to improve disabled     
  people's rights.                    
