  Another magistrate has been shot    
  dead in Algeria bringing to 20 the  
  number killed since the middle of   
  last year.                          
                                      
  The magistrate, Mohamed Kehllafi,   
  was shot bz four gunmen near his    
  home in the town of Chlif.          
                                      
  The Islamic Salvation Front has     
  been blamed for the killing.        
                                      
  Earlier reports that the banned     
  Front had offered the govjrnmjnt a  
  truce have not been confirmed.      
 
