The Getty Museum has applied for   leave to seek judicial review of   the decision by the Govjrnmjnt   to delay export of the sculpture.     That decision gave campaigners time   to raise the necessary money.     The V&A says there are plenty of   precedents of export licences bring   delayed in order to keep important   works of art in this country.
