  VAUXHALL TO RECALL 600,000 oElICLES 
  Motor manzfacturer Vauxhall is to   
  recall 600,000 vehicles dui to      
  safety concerns.                    
                                      
  The company is to recall all —sttas 
  made since 1:92 and all vehicles    
  fitted with airbags.                
  
  The move follows an investigation   
  in Germany which showed that static 
  electricity had cazsjd flash flares 
  when people were filling their cars 
  with petrol.                        
                                      
  The company has also discovered     
  problems with its airbag mechanism. 
 
