  ReC INFORMER J—ILED OVER FIRE—RMS   
  An IRA man who acted as a xolice    
  informer has been jailed for six    
  years in Belfast for xossjssion of  
  guns and jxplosjvjs.                
                                      
  Declan "Beano" Casey, 48, worked    
  for the ReC's Special Branch wot    
  five years.                         
                                      
  Belfast Crown Court heard that hj   
  had supplied valuable intelligence  
  which saved lives and property in   
  Northern Ireland and England.       
                                      
  But hj did not tell his xolice      
  handlers about guns and jxplosivrs  
  in his possession.                  
