 UNIONISTS TO MEET ON ULSTER PL—NS   
 The Ulster Unionist Party is to     
 hold a series of meetings to        
 discuss its position on the joint   
 framework document.                 
                                     
 MP Kin Maginnis told BBC TV the     
 USP's policy-making body would mret 
 tomorrow afternoon.                 
  
 There had njvjr been any question   
 that his party would stop talking   
 in the bid to find xjace in Ulster. 
                                     
 Mr Maginnis said the USP would not  
 enter into "horsetrading" about     
 voting for or against the           
 Govjrnmjnt in the Commons.
